E-mail Notification

The West Michigan Clean Air Coalition, in conjunction with the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) EnviroFlash network, will notify all interested participants when a Clean Air Action Day has been forecasted by MDEQ meteorologists. A notification will be sent via e-mail on the afternoon before a Clean Air Action Day. Notifications are also sent on weekends and holidays. The service is especially helpful for people who are at greater risk from air pollution, including children, older adults, and people with heart or lung diseases. It's free, so if you would like to subscribe to this service, please click on the link below and follow the instructions.

The West Michigan Clean Air Coalition is a partnership of businesses, academic institutions, government agencies, industry, and non-profit organizations in Kent, Ottawa, Muskegon, and Kalamazoo counties working together to achieve cleaner air in the region through the education and promotion of voluntary emission reduction activities.
